Yes, our chocolates are crafted with meticulous care and rigorously tested. We responsibly use seasonal mushrooms, ensuring it's safe for consumption while focusing on delivering its natural benefits in a delicious form. However, they should not be consumed by children, or individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding, due to the potent nature of the ingredients.

Visit our website and choose your favorite chocolates. We offer secure online ordering with various payment options. Unfortunately due to state law we are unable to ship to Louisiana at this time.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship via standard ground services; expedited and overnight options are available at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and service level. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Delivery times vary by region; within the continental U.S., expect 3-7 business days; Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer. We do not ship to Louisiana because Aminita is not legal in that state. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited orders. International shipping is available to select countries; duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility. Recipients must be 21 years of age or older to accept delivery. Daybreak is not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or force majeure events.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Email returns@daybreak.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a return authorization. Once approved, ship the item back at your expense to the address we provide. Refunds (minus original shipping charges) will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), we will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

You must be at least 21 years old to place an order. By placing an order with Daybreak, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual products may vary. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our website, content, or products without express written permission. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
